I ran HD Tune Pro this evening to check the status of my 128gb Crucial M4 SSD and it's showing that 22,528 damaged sectors have been replaced. I'm assuming that HD Tune doesn't correctly read SSDs? The drive has been working perfectly fine since I bought it last January. Wouldn't I be experiencing major problems with the drive if it truly had over 20,000 bad sectors?

Make sure the SSD has the latest firmware update from Crucial.
Some Crucial SSD models need firmware update to rectify an issue where SMART data is mis-reported.
