Would buying this PC at this time still be a good idea?

I want to know if this PC will keep up for a few more years ahead (3 or more years, I don't know)
Will it be able to run the latest applications and games very well? As well as video editing/rendering stuff like that, I'm not looking for the best of the best and the fastest, but Still quite fast would be nice!

Or should I go for this one

I know the second one will be of course a little better, but if its not that big of a difference I would rather like to spend less money cause I don't have alot of money... :p I want to know if I will be satisfied for a few years with the cheaper one.

Solution
The first will be fine, the only real difference is the CPU. The 4570 OC's a lot better than the 4770, so, with a proper cooler, you could make the cheaper computer run just as fast! The 4570 isn't too far off from the 4770. You could always go with the cheaper computer for now (it will be fine for the next few years), and later down the road... seeing as how they are both the same PC with different cases, and different processors, upgrade the CPU to the 4770 when prices go down. They both use the same motherboard, so this will be an easy upgrade.

I just finished my build of the beast (my avatar) and I opted for the i5 3570k over the i5 3770k and have absolutely ZERO regrets. This CPU is MEAN! It's not entirely fair to make the same assumption for Haswell over Ivy Bridge, but I believe it should not be too much difference.
