Low WEI 5.9 in W7 2x2 GSkills 1600Mhz

I buy the last monday new motherboard and processor (Microcenter), before my pc score 7.5 in memory ram, but now is 5.9 and the weird thing is I have some dips fraps in bf4 in low settings and v-sinc on (60 suddenly 54 is very noticeable) but this doesn't happen before. Can somebody give my one tip, I really appreciated.

Core i7 - 4770K Stock - Before Core i5 3570k
Mobo - ASUS H81M-Plus - Before Gigabyte Z77-DS3H
MRAM - G-Skill 2x2 1600Mhz
VGA - Gigabyte WF3 HD 7950
Hard Drive - Seagate 1TB + WD 2TB
CPU Cooler - Antec Khuler h2o 620
PSU - Corsair CX750M

CPUZ info- Show Dual channel and 800Mhz

WEI Score
CPU - 7.8 (Before 7.5)
Memory - 5.9 (Before 7.5)
Graphics - 7.9
Gaming - 7.9
Disk - 5.9

I try another Memory ram 2x2 Kingston 1333 mhz and the problem persist.

With the dip in RAM ratings and the fact that there are two sticks make me believe one of them failed.. Press windows button and pause on the keyboard and check the Ram available. If it indeed failed boot with removing one of either sticks to see which one failed.

thanks for your reply in dxdiag I can see memory 4096 available and task manager show me 4031 total

Maybe the Ram speeds defaulted back to 1333mhz? Check ram speeds in bios. And check the task manager for % of Ram used by the os

actually, I change the speed in the bios from 1333 to 1600 and CPUID show me 800mhz so that means is running at 1600mhz

Forget it, is not ram issue is faulty motherboard (ASUS :pfff:) I change today for MSI :love: and guest what? now is ok WEI show me now 7.8. Thanks for your reply ;)
