The problem:
Some random time after i start the pc it all stops (freeze, but there is sound for 3-4 secounds, after that repeeting noise) and blue vertical lines appear on the screen. (1px away from each other)
This happens from 2 min after pc start/restart to hour-two. It might be just me, but when i start youtube video, the chanse this to happen is kinda bigger.

The GPU temp stay at ~40 degree when this happens. The cpu is at 2-3%. The room is around 20 degreese and the case is clean. The pc is 2-3 months old.

This probblem appeared after i broke my secound monitor (pushed from the table ...). The main one has no damage. The cable is strongly attached in the pc.
Still the freezing/crash of the pc is from before that. After i bought it (i dont remember time) but it was happening once a week maximum.

I installed the latest drivers for the video card and The drivers for the MB from the disk it came with.

the lines indicate that it is the GDDR that is at fault. It could be overheating despite the low GPU temps. Try using a more aggressive fan profile and see if it helps.

Sorry, but how to do that, i am not very good in the hardware part. From the settings i can use, the targeted fan speed is highest (lowest temp) from the asrock extreme tuning utility. Did you ment something else (i think so ^^)

I use GPUtool to tweak my cards usually though most graphics tuners allow you to customise the fan speed. Try settign it to 100% all the time and see if that stops the problem. Even if it doesn't it may make it longer between crashes.

The card is pretty much toast. either replace it on warranty, buy a new one OR if you want to be adventurous you could try the oven bake trick. I have heard of it working for at least a while (months usually).

Ok, its at 100% (all fans) in the case. Its more noise but its normal i think. I bought the card from ebay, so i am not really sure :) I will have to check around for the warranty. I am really not into buying another one for now, just because i spend quite some money on that pc (the standarts here are lower then most countries) so it isn't option number 1. Thanks for the advices, i guess there is nothing more that can be done.

Can you tell me if i got a goot card for the money? I mean, it isnt all that expensive + i think it isnt that bad too, i dont use it for gaming that much, i mostly work with photoshop. (and if gaming, its not heavy ones)

my internet explorer is version 11...yours is only version 9....your windows 7 is outdated....reinstall windows and update it....
an outdated windows is prone to viruses...your files are corrupted thats why you are having problems..

1. I dont use windows Explorer.
2. Windows 7 is not outdated.
3. The OS was installed 3 hours ago.
4. I am safe of viruses, antivirus + no weird software on pc.
5. IE version is 10 ( i use for debugging ).

6. I Reallllly hope you are right and if nothing works out i will update to windows 8.
