need a upgrade from a 5800k that is meaningfull and will be able to handle streaming video games, editing movies, and gaming as well ive narrowed it down to 3 choices also i want some longevity and for it to be able to handle crossfire if i so choose my limit is 225$
AMD FX 6300 Black Edition 3.5GHz Six-Core Socket with a Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 Socket AM3+ 990FX ATX mobo for $222.54 Idk if the six cores will be able to handle the streaming as well

intel Core i5 3570k with a ASRock H77M Socket 1155 H77 mATX Intel Motherboard for 203$
I play and hope to stream these games
Gw2, Call of duty ghosts, elder scrolls online, borderlands 2, skyrim, LoL, Battlefield 4, Far cry 3, Crysis 3, Metro 2033+last light, assassins creed 4, and hitman absolution.
the streaming program i use is Open source broadcaster if that helps.

xion 560 case (i have a spare atx case as well)
8gb of crucial tactical tracer ram at 1866
