I got Intel DH61WW board (PCI E 2.0 x 16 ), i3 2100 3.1 Ghz , DDR3 8 GB RAM, 1 Tb internal HDD SATA, 450W PSU.
I would like to buy XFX ATI Radeon R 7770 Core Edition 1 GB DDR5 gfx crd. CAN I RUN IT?

yeah, you have a PCIe slot, you can get a PCIe 2.0 card and it will throttle itself down to the PCIe 1.0 speed.

for future reference, all PCIe (1.0, 2.0, 3.0) are forwards and backwards compatible. the system will just run at whatever the slowest one is.

you just need to look and see if you have a spare 6pin connector on your power supply, if not, make sure the card comes with a power adapter cable.

you do not have to worry about the slower speed, as the 7770 will not be using all of it anyway.

Which psu have you got ? A local one or a branded one. If its local then give up the hope of running that graphic card without upgrading your psu. You need to buy a branded one.

FOXIN 450W PSU. Well then I hv 2 buy 6 Pin connector and DVI to VGA adapter right? Is there anything left? Well It will run then....isnt it?

That local psu won't run anything high
