I have a vaio and I was cleaning the cooling fan in my laptop, but when I closed the laptop and switched it on, it would keep restarting itself, in a 3 second cycle with no display. The cooling fan moves, I have tried putting Ram sequentially, and even without the hard disk disconnected, same thing happens. Can anyone please guide me what the problem is and how to resolve it?
