how much watts psu does the Sapphire ati hd 7770 1gb gddr5 graphics card require. I have a ASrock n68-s motherboard and an AMD Athlon le1640(thinking of upgrading as i am sure it would bottleneck the hd7770) and i have a 450 watt psu.

HD 7770 is not that power consuming GPU, you need a good quality 450 W with a single PCI-E 6 pin power cable from the PSU to power the card. That CPU is extremely weak to run any new game.
