Will I have a great improvement from R9-280x dual x to toxic?

I already have a R9-280x Dual X is it a better choice if I will upgrade to a toxic version?is it better?or its a waste of money? Im planning to sell the dual x and just add cash to buy a new toxic version?thanks!!! and also does a 650watt PSU can hadle the toxic?

It will not be a noticeable upgrade. Very few fps at max,easily achievable by OC the DX, everything just as playable and not worth the money or the effort.
