I'm thinking of building a new HTPC to replace my current, Comcast supplied DVR.
I would be using it to watch/record live TV, stream online video, and play stored 1080p video. I am also hoping to do some light gaming (e.g. Lord of the Rings Online) with this system. I would greatly appreciate some feedback on what I have selected so far:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4570S ($170)

MB: ASRock H87 Pro4 ($72 w/ Code)

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) ($67)

PS: SeaSonic SS-400FL ($125)

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium ($90)

Cable Tuner: Ceton InfiniTV 6 PCIe ($300)

HD: I've already purchased an Intel 530 240GB SSD, and plan to use my 3TB NAS for storage of media.

I'm least confident about my video card and motherboard selections, I'm thinking I might be a bit overboard. I'd appreciate any feedback!

Most of that build is overkill, following the listed system requirements. The following build, with the PSU, Tuner, Graphics card & case should do better.
