I have just bought a new PC with Windows 8 and tried connected it via VGA to my old samsung 2043 bw. CCC only let me chose between a certain set of resolutions, among which there is no 1068x1050@60Hz. If I ser 60Hz, I cannot pick 1068x1050, and viceversa. Any idea?
