no! Iam student and learn about the firewall features, our master teached windows 7 firewall and then want us to answer these questions but reality I couldn't understand what these means

what type of server you are taking about? if you are taking about proxy server the server uses Windows Server and that server has all authorities windows 7 firewall doesn't do these.
