can i upgrade my laptop cpu?

Laptop CPUs aren't very upgradable, and they are soldered onto the motherboard, so the price will be more than its worth.

Not all are soldered into the motherboard. I have upgraded them in the past. That particular chip should not be soldered in as it isn't BGA. I would probably just save up for a new laptop at this point and get a proper one with a discrete GPU if you want to game.
