Hello, I have this problem which I'm trying to solve for a few hours already and I can't find any solution. I bought a new laptop last week, Lenovo G500 (specs: http://www.alza.cz/lenovo-ideapad-g500-dark-metal-d4811...). All drivers are up to date. Today I installed a first game to this laptop (Assassin's Creed 2) and I get a massive screen flickering, what might cause that? It's really annoying and I couldn't find any solution yet. I will be happy for any advice.

Here is a video so you can see how it looks:

This sounds like to me, to be a refresh rate error, do you have v-sync enabled on that game? If not, enable it. It prevents these rips and flickers from occurring.

The built in Radeon 8750 could just have a bad driver.. yes, it's up to date, but it happens.. bad install of driver or the company lets out a bad set of drivers. Try installing a previous version of the video drivers and let me know if it helps!

V-sync is enabled and I just tried some older drivers, without success. :(  Any other ideas?

What is your refresh rate? As in; 60Hz or 59Hz etc etc
