My R7870 doesn't work in the PCI-E 3.0 slot of the MSI B75A-G43 Gaming now, but it does in the PCI-E 2.0 slot. So i think it is not compatibel or something

Your PCIe 3.0 slot might be bad if that is the case, the R7870 definately supports PCIe 3.0.
If you have another GPU to try in that slot i would probably do that and if that doesn't work either you should contact MSI for an RMA.
Well as long as your mobo is still under warranty, but it should be.

I only have some very old gpu's laying around (9600 Gt, 210). And yeah, i have already asked the shop where i bought it for a RMA, and they agree, but they ask me what motherboard i would like in return, and that's why i'm asking :)
