Socket 1155 with 2 x PCI-E 2.0

Hi,

I need a motherboard from socket 1155 with two PCI-E 2.0 slots for GPU's for max 100$. What do you advise?

MSI Z77MA-G45 seems to be the only one that currently fits the bill.

However if you are willing to spend about $30 more, there is a pile of other choices.

Well PCIe 3.0 supports 2.0 GPU's etc. So that is fine.

Choices for $30 more:
Asrock Z77 Extreme 4
Asus P8Z77-V LK

My R7870 doesn't work in the PCI-E 3.0 slot of the MSI B75A-G43 Gaming now, but it does in the PCI-E 2.0 slot. So i think it is not compatibel or something

Your PCIe 3.0 slot might be bad if that is the case, the R7870 definately supports PCIe 3.0.
If you have another GPU to try in that slot i would probably do that and if that doesn't work either you should contact MSI for an RMA.
Well as long as your mobo is still under warranty, but it should be.
