Which driver is causing system interupts to use lots of CPU?

The system interrupts process in the windows performance monitor is registering as taking up 20% of my CPU average, and the "System" (NT Kernel & System) process is also using unusually high amounts. I am led to believe by what I have found out that this is due to a faulty hardware driver, but I haven't been able to find out which.

Please help!

Two different processes that normal use little to no CPU: "system" the description for which is "NT Kernel & System" and "System Interrupts" the description for which is "Deferred Procedure calls and Interrupt service routines".
