Which Video Card is Better? (Budget Wise)

I'm building my first gaming PC and I have a few questions on which of these video cards that I selected are better?
This one (my current choice):
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/msi-video-card-r7850twinfr...

Or this one:
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/galaxy-video-card-65igh7hx...

The motherboard I'm using:
http://pcpartpicker.com/part/gigabyte-motherboard-gaf2a...

PLEASE recommend me any parts you see are better. I'm on a $500 strict budget and I feel like this build is well balanced and should be good for current games. I WILL upgrade later on, once I gather enough money for future upgrades.

For those who are interested, this is my build:

Please let me know if I can improve anything as I want to get the best bang for the buck.
I'm only parts that are off of pcpartpicker.com please.

Also, please look at the 1 compatibility issue I have with my case and motherboard. Will this affect me in anyway, and if so what will I need to do to make it fit/work properly.

Thanks in advance!
~James

the link you posted for your build is bad. the 7850 card with more video ram is the better card.
