How many watts would I need for my system? I'm using a CM 620 silent currently and everything works well.

Asrock Extreme4 LGA1155 motherboard
Intel i5 3570k processor (looking to OC to 4.5)
CM Hyper 212 Evo heatsink
Coolermaster HAF XM- 3 LED 200mm fans, 1 120 mm fan, 1 200 mm fan
XFX Black Edition HD797A graphics card + additional Radeon 7970 brand unsure
Seagate 2TB 7200 RPM HDD
OCZ Vertex 60 GB SSD
2x8 GB Ripjaws X DDR3 RAM
Razer Anansi
Razer Imperator
LED touchscreen fan controller

Single Radeon HD 7970 - requires 31Ampere and a 550W PSU minimum

Measured power consumption
1.System in IDLE = 163W
2.System Wattage with GPU in FULL Stress = 355W
3.Difference (GPU load) = 192W
4.Add average IDLE wattage ~3W
5.Subjective obtained GPU power consumption = ~ 195 Watts

Radeon HD 7970 Crossfire - On your average system the cards require you to have a 750 Watt power supply unit as minimum.

So this will be a decent PSU for you :

Because you are overclocking with two graphics cards, I would say 1000watts minimum to be safe. But you can go to any Power Supply Calculator to get a better idea. Here is one I use sometimes: http://www.thermaltake.outervision.com/

Need to make sure the PSU has enough Amps on the 12v rail. If you're using 2-7970s you'll want a 1000W PSU, as they pull upwards on 300W+ each. Unfortunately, the 150W difference between an 850W PSU and 1000W PSU is costly.
