Any motherboard that has a PCI Express x16 slot that is either version 2.0 or 3.0 would be compatible, your motherboard has a PCI Express x16 slot so it's all good (It's the blue slot with the latch on your motherboard) next to the northbridge

Thanks Mate (Nerdy) I was confused about the PCE-3.0 (hd7750) and my x16 slot .. you made it clear.. now i don't have to upgrade everything.:)
