Looking for a new motherboard and GPU need some compatibility help

so i have a AMD Phenom II Black edition X4 965, Two 4Gb PNY DDR3 ram, and a Nvidia Geforce Gts 250 Graphics card im looking to spend around $100 on the board. any suggestions will be helpful and appreciated.

  2. im Looking for mainly a motherboard, if for some reason my GTS 250 wont be compatible i will buy a new one, but thank you for the suggestion that one looks like everything i need, but my last board i bought was a gigabyte 880gm-usb3 and it was defective out of the box so i will never buy another gigabyte product.
  3. every brand will have the odd DOA. The brand I use most is ASRock, really like them for there reliability and low power usage modes even though they don't overclock to well.

  7. i have heard ASUS is not a bad company, but would the AM3+ matter if my CPU is only AM3? Thank you again for your help.

    No, it just means it's AMD FX compatible for future upgrades :)
