Hello,
I own a GTX 770 SuperClocked 2gb for my gaming rig. I noticed that Nvidia has released their GTX 770 SuperClocked 4gb model. I am considering buying a second graphics card for my computer. Can I run a 2gb version in SLI with a 4gb version or do I need another 2gb version? Thanks

Yes, you are able to SLI two different vram. Long as the two GPUs have the exact same core count.

SLI will take the card with the lower amount of vram and use that as it's default. So you'll still be stuck with 2gb of vram to use. but as long as it's the same base model of cards you're good to go. (ex. 770x770 or 660TIx660TI)

You can but the the graphics cards will only be able to use 2GB of RAM, so the 4GB model will be a waste.
