Screen tearing Bioshock Infinite

How do i fix screen tearing in bioshock infinite? My rig is in my configuration. Vsync is off, it causes lags even though i get over 60fps ingame without it.

Are you running the latest AMD graphic driver? Beta 13.11?
If you had a Nvidia card, you could use Adaptive Vsync to eliminate that problem.

Turn Vsync on. Screen tearing is what it's for

yes I use the latest beta driver which was installed to a fresh system.
@jay
I said that vsync causes lags so i'd rather have tearing then lag.
Would overclocking my monitor give any results?

When you have Vsync on, are you remembering to use Triple Buffering?
