i5 4670k vs i7 4770k

I bought an i5 4670k less than 2 weeks ago, microcenter is selling i7 4770k for $200 right now, is it worth buying the i7 4770k and selling my i5 4670k on ebay?

Not sure what the prices are over there in the US but if that's cheap, go for it. You won't see much (if any) benefit in games but, as above, in multi-threaded apps you may get a performance boost. It would also leave you overhead to multitask while gaming (or in general), such as streaming or recording with minimal FPS loss.
