Can my laptop run Assassin's Creed 4 and at what setting?

Solution
Yes it will run the games , but in order to have some steady fps and smooth gameplay I think you need to run it on normal . I do not think it will go on high without any lag.

hi mine is also intel i7 with 2.2 ghz and 6gb ram..
im experiencing lag while running the game.. its not fast .
can you help me please..should i upgrade processor from 2.2ghz to higher one? isnt it a very costly solution? please suggest any easy solution.
thanks

Upgrading CPU speed if you don't have a real gaming video card in the laptop would be a waste. Either get a new laptop with a better video card or try playing at lower settings.
