Can I re-use my HDD, RAM and WiFi card?

I am building a new system but was wondering if I could be able to keep the HDD, RAM and WiFi card from my current set up and just move it into the new case.

new case or motherboard? What RAM do you have ddr1,2,3? what HDD u have ide/pata or sata? what type WIFI card do you have pci or usb?

New case and motherboard. DDR3. SATA III HDD and WiFi card is a PCI but with 2 dongles that attach at the end.

you can use them if new board has sata option uses ddr3 and u can use WIFI card in pci slot.

So when the build is done and I boot it, it will look just as it did with the old system? And I assume I then just remove what drivers I have installed and replace them with the ones that came with the parts?

offcourse because you are changing motherboard drivers change..like chipset sound lan graphics etc.
