My fans starts spinning and the led lights on the case gets on. But when I try to connect my PC to the monitor and try to boot it up it comes "No signal"
What do I need to do to fix that? I have tried on two different monitors -_-

Could be a bad card or MB. Are you using integrated video or discrete card?

I got Asus z87-a motherboard and two R9 290 graphic cards. I also got a cooler master silent pro m2 1000w power supply.

Try it with just a single card in the first gfx card slot. I presume you are connected to the card with the video cable and that the 2 power cables (6 and 8 pin) are plugged into the card.
Does the MB's integrated video produce a display with the card removed?
