Hi all!
I just installed my new SSD in my desktop, and i am going to use my old drive as a storage disk. However as the SSD is from my dad's old laptop, it contained a recovery partition, which i just deleted. Now i have 11 GB of non allocated space on my disk, which i wish to merge with the drive. I am currently in my old installation of windows, looking at the Disk Manager, where i can see my SSD listed. I tried right clicking it's primary partition and choosing the expand disk option, but it tells me that it needs to convert the disk to a "Dynamic Disk" and if i do so i will not be able to boot the OS on the disk. Is there a way for me to convert it back afterwards without loosing any of the files on the SSD? Or a way to avoid converting in the first place?
Thank you in advance!
