I'm pretty confident I want to get a Nvidia Geforce GTX 650 for my PC but when looking into prices on amazon I came across the following two, they seem to be the same graphics cards by name but have different specs and look slightly different. Could someone please explain the difference to me and explain the pros and cons of each?
Thanks!

One is 1gb vram the othyer is 2gb vram Basically at higher resolutions more textures are loaded and in order to keep all these textures/high settings/AA to run smoothly you need more VRAM. If you don't have enough VRAM you have to turns things like AA down in order for the game to run smoothly. However the gtx 650 is a weak card and i do not recommend it.

Splendid
Ok the difference between the two mostly is size and components and memory
This is the card with 1GB of Vram, it has a much better cooler and components for overclocking but is a dual slot card

The other has 2GB of Vram , which is better overall for games that require the higher vram, get this 2GB model

The second card has DirectCU. The heatpipes on the sink are directly on the die of the GPU which supposed to keeps things a little cooler in theory.

I agree with bigcyco1, if you are going to spend this much at least get the 660 series.

Thank you all for your help. May I ask, bigcyco1 and skit75, what graphics card would you recommend for around £100? The motherboard I have is an AsRock z77 extreme6
