Keyboard Doesn't Work After Boot

So this is a strange issue that I can't seem to figure out. I've tried Googling and other searches through this site, but no one seems to be having this same issue...

I recently setup my PC for WOL. The WOL works great. It boots all the way into Windows and everything seemingly works fine. The mouse works, and the keyboard lights are on, however, the keyboard does not respond in any way.

To elaborate: I can't toggle any of the NumLock, CapsLock, or ScrollLock. Pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del does nothing, and typing in general also does nothing.

The same thing happens whether from WOL or from powering on the PC with the power button.

To make this even more strange, the volume knob on the keyboard does work, even though the rest of it doesn't!

If I unplug the keyboard and plug it back in it then works completely normal.

Additional details:
- keyboard is a Logitech G110 (USB)
- mouse is also USB
- the keyboard keeps working if the PC is restarted and not powered off

Any ideas?

Well this seems to be related to the WOL feature. I went into the BIOS and disabled it, and now the keyboard seems to work fine after boot.

What would cause this? How can I enable WOL and have the keyboard work?

Motherboard is Asus Z77 Sabertooth. Any ideas?
