My computer is consistently at 96% memory usage and I have no idea why. I am not running anything beside Google Chrome. I have scanned for malware and found nothing. What to do? what to do?
Also my CPU usage tends to be higher than normal. For example, when I watch streams on twitch.tv my cpu usage tends to hover around 50 - 70 %. My friend has a pretty low budget CPU and he says he hovers around 30%. What's the deal guys?

Processor: i5-4670k
Monitor: ASUS VG248QE, QNIX QX2710
Memory: 16GB G skill RipJaw
Video Card: Asus ATI HD7850
PSU: Corsair HX850 1000W
MB: Msi Z87-G45
OS: Windows 8.1 Pro
