Solution
You could drop down $100 on your RAM and get 8 GB if your pc is for gaming. Then use the extra money for better SSD or GPU. Also, I hope you're planning to grab a somewhat high end CPU cooler if you're planning to OC up to 5ghz.
How about you PSU?

welp I dropped about 1k because I had to get a few more things to make this work...

I ended up getting a
Kraken x40 water cooler
scan disk 64 gb ssd
I didn't mean to say 2x8 its actually just 1x8 1866
and I got a coolmax 700 ZU SLI ready 80 bronze

just wondering if its normal that 1 core would be running at the least 10 degrees hotter while just browsing?

i ended up with 2x8gb 1866 mhz. this system is a beast. it runs bf4 at ultra settings with dual screens and i have no crashes bugs etc that other people seem to experience. the frame rate is about 60fps oh and i clocked it at 4.5 ghz stock voltage stable runs under 68c. i didnt see the need to clock any higher. maybe later if i get a hair.
