The Hyper 212 is an insane cooler for 35$, it's a popular cooler with just about anyone here with knowledge of this. If you want to go overkill, the Noctua NH-D14 is a 75$ cooler, its quite big, but it's basically hands down the best cooler you can buy. As for thermal paste, Arctic Silver 5 is always a great choice, Indigo Xtreme is a different kind of thermal solution, but also offers very low temps.

THINGS TO CHECK: Just simply if the cooler will fit in your case, other than that, both the coolers just about support every socket, just check it to be safe anyway.
