Hello, I am building a gaming rig for my first time. I have researched parts and these are them:

GPU:

MSI Geforce GTX 770 Video Card: $339 (Comes with batman origins, tom clancy splinter cell, and assassins creed black flag)

CPU:

i5 4670: $200
bundled with motherboard (MSI Z87-G41: $264)

Hard Drive:

Hard Drive 500gb: $40

Case:

NZXT Crafted Series G921RB Mid Tower Computer Case: $50

Power Supply:

Ultra LSP650 650-Watt Power Supply: $50

RAM:

Kingston 4gb 1600mHz: $42

DVD Drive:

Asus: $20

OS:

Windows 7: $90

Total Price: $895

Do I have the biggest bang for the buck? Do you have any other advice?

Hello.
Your build is good but I have one tip for you. If you want to go SLI or CROSSFIRE then you will not be able to, because your motherboard have PCI 3.0 x16 and x4 , so no dual GPU with that motherboard, also I would change the 770 with AMD with r9 290/290x because currently they have the best price/performance card, plus with Mantle and AMD dominance of the consoles. Other than that you are good to go. Ohh and go with 8gb ram, that is a must. Also win8.1 it supports full directX 11.2 win7 doesn't
