ok here is my build:
http://www.pccasegear.com/sc/yC9b

I am wondering how many rads I would need to cool it. The mobo comes with inbuilt water cooling and when they release water blocks for the 780 ti I will be adding that to the loop also I plan to overclock the CPU and the GPU a fair amount. I would like to have a fair safety margin so I can feel at peace with my cooling.

Any help on the radiator subject is welcome and in addition to that any helpful comments regarding my general loop is also welcome.

Please not the rads do need to fit in my case:
Radiator Support:
Front 1 * 140 or *120
Top 2*140 or 3*120
Rear 1*140/120
HDD Pivot 1*140/120

Solution

I ran a 3 way SLI setup with GTX 570s, and an overclocked i7-920 on a 240mm Radiator, it doesn't run much hotter than any other setup you could think of.

alrighty then, just heard that you needed to use this table
- Single 120.1 = 150w
- Dual 120.2 = 300w
- Triple 120.3 = 450w
- Quad 120.4 = 600w
and get the measurement from your wattage from the items you are cooling
