How good is 20 nm gpu architecture?against 28 nm?.of course I know 20 nm is stronger.but how strong(slightly,few,many,twice,etc)?what do you think about gtx 860(20nm) vs 760,is 860 stronger slightly, few,twice or 4x.thanks for the advance.ps:sorry bad english:(

The architecture size doesn't have a direct connection to speed, it has to do with power efficiency and adding more transistors to the chip. So it would be hard to estimate what performance we would see since there is no information on the 8xx series yet.

So will the price of 20 nm is more expensive than 28 nm(gtx 860 and 760)?

Yes and no, the GPUs that have 20nm architecture will be more expensive, but only because they are newer. Architecture plays a small role in the cost.
