I am making my my first build and I need help. (I am in the middle of building it)

The GTX 660 I have doesn't fit properly. The end of it is being held up by the case and its slightly slanted. I can't screw it in. It seems that my mother broad is sitting too low or the card is just wrong. =/ . Also for some reason I can't get all the screws to go in the mobo. I am not sure whats wrong. I am gonna try to re seat the mother broad.

Question: when putting things in the case what should I put in first?

Question: When installing the motherboard do you install the back panel first or after.. cause I installed back panel first.

For some reason I can't get all the screw in. Can't fully mount the Mother Board. The screws won't reach the hole. What do I do? I basicly got the whole system done but I just need to get the graphic card seated which won't seat. It's slanted. I'll give you pics tomorrow.
