Okay, so I would just like to get out of the way that im currently on a 15" Compaq flat panel. Which is about 10 years old at least. So im am in dire need of a new monitor. So keep in mind, mostly ANYTHING is an upgrade for me, and I am in no need of something CRAZY. ..
I do game, so I dont want something shitty either. I was gonna get a monitor a week or two ago, and decided to wait till blackfriday/cyber monday deals, figuring i'd save some money. So that being said..What is a good monitor for around 160$? And by around I mean give or take maybe 10$. I've found a couple.. I just dont know what to look for really.. I know to get nothing higher then 5ms, along with 1080p resolution and a higher contrast ratio. But I also know there is more to it then that. So what im gonna do is link a couple monitors i've been looking at, and if anyone can tell me if they are decent for the price, just let me know.
Also, like I said, I am waiting for cybermonday.. do you guys think this is a good idea? Some of my friends have said cyber monday deals arent all that great.. but the way I look at it is.. if I was gonna spend 160$ on something thats no on sale, I can get something that IS on sale for that same price but maybe something better. So let me know guys! Help is appreciated .. Here are a couple monitors ive been looking at.
Monitor #1
^$160 after instant savings
Monitor #2
P.S.
Please dont link anything above my price range.. it really annoys me when people are like.. "Well if you spend 30 more bucks, you can get this!.." its like I know if I spend more I can get better, thats obvious lol .. and im looking at 24 inches if possible..
