Solution
if you are spending 2 grand might as well get an i7 and 16GB ram. swap that 7990 for a GTX 780 Ti. 7990 uses a whole lot of power and produces a lot of heat. the GTX 780 ti is much more elegant

You should fill out the forum form stating what you're looking to do (only gaming, what resolution, etc) which might help?

Why Windows Pro, Don't really need the I7-4770k (I5-3570 or I7-4670 to save a few bucks) for gaming, SSD is probably bigger than you need, don't need 16 GB of RAM for gaming.

Are you overclocking? Might boost your power supply to 850 if you are.

The reason I went with the 7990 was because newegg has it on sale for 580. If I went with the 780ti I would have to spend an additional 120. What would your thoughts be on this?

Ok. I want to use this for mainly gaming but do have a youtube channel so would need the video encoding that the i7 provides. I think? I have 3 1080p monitors so I need my resolution to be 1080p and I want to play all games on ultra settings for a while.
Btw- I will be overclocking so I'll change the power supply up.

if you are recording footage then remember that nvidia has shadow play. which basically records without losing fps
