I'm picking up:

CPU: i7-4770k
MoBo: ASrock Z77 Extreme 4
GPU: EVGA GTX 770 2GB SC ACX Cooler
PSU: Corsair CX 750 Watt
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4)
CPU Cooler: Corsair Hydro Series H90
CASE: NZXT Guardian 921 RB ATX Mid Tower Case

Would like to know how well the mobo and cpu would pair. What kind of OC-ing I'd be able to achieve as well if the power supply would be sufficient. Open to suggestions
Appreciate any help! :)

Z77 is the wrong chipset for the 4770K, which uses Z87. This is a good board.

Thank you for the fast response! I'm glad I checked here before going and ordering. Unfortunately the board you suggested is out of my budget range. So I looked into the
MSI Computer Corp. Motherboard ATX DDR3 1333 LGA 1150 Motherboards Z87-G45 GAMING

Seems like it will suffice.

Thanks again! :D
