Nvidia or AMD for minecraft and video editing?

Yo guys i have 2 choices of card i wanna buy for now its the Sapphire radeon hd 7770 vapor-x and the Asus Gtx 650 ti i wanna ask Whch card would have higher frams in minecraft i mean like 200+fps and run shaders well btw my system was a 1366x768 17.5'' monitor

8gb G.skillz Ripjaws RAM
1tb WD Caviar Blue HD
Wubdows 7 home premium

both cards can run minecraft 60 fps+ no problem but with shaders both would get averaged minimum at 30 fps (note that is the minimum fps w/ shaders, not sure of the average fps)

Usually minecraft frame rates are super unstable. 160 fps usually ensures completely smooth performance.

Osoclocker and Psychoticdare are right. With either of those cards you're going to max out around 100fps and you might be able to record with fraps. You'll want to save money and get a 760 or 770 for max performance.
