The PSU lists no PCIe power connections. If that's the case, you'd be limited to an HD7750 or possibly an HD7770 with a 4-pin adapter.

*actually, this Power Supply should be replaced as it only has 14A for the 12V rail which supplies both the CPU and the graphics card. The Antec VP450 is a well made 450W PSU and has a single 6-pin power connector. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA1UH0H90848

Graphics card?
Either the best GTX6xx you can afford or an HD7xxx that your PSU can support for 6-pin connectors, and has only 1GB of VRAM as you have 32-bit Windows.

The above HD7850 1GB card uses a single 6-pin connector and has a good cooling solution. $120...

The above HD7850 1GB card uses a single 6-pin connector and has a good cooling solution. $120 after MIR.

Choosing a different card:
1) make sure PSU supports the number of 6-pin connections
2) look at benchmarks to compare value
3) good cooler
4) good customer reviews.

hi photonboy...thanks for the reply friend :).I have to admit that my knowledge about PSU is very limited.I know that they only supply power to the computer.haha...

ok.does the Antec vp450 support PCIe power connection?if i choose to buy HD7850,it requires 500W or greater power supply.but the Antec vp450 promises only 450W.so pls help me...

Another question.if i boot my computer it says ATI.so does the amd graphics card support my computer?sorry if it is a noob question...

Additional information about my system that i didn't provide before...
1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x16 (PCIEX16),
(The PCIEX16 slot conforms to PCI Express 2.0 standard.)
1 x PCI Express x16 slot, running at x4 (PCIEX4),
2 x PCI slots,
Support for ATI CrossFireX™ technology,
Intel H55 chipset.

Hi,
a) The 500W recommendation is a guide. The Antec 450W I listed is a quality PSU with enough power for any card with a SINGLE 6-pin connector as the HD7850 has.

b) Power Supplies vary in quality and distribution of the output voltages. For example, cheaper PSU's like the 400W you have often don't have enough power for the 12Volt output (for CPU and Graphics).

Note the equation:
POWER (Watts) = Current (Amps) x Voltage (Volts)

When you see that the 12V rail supplies 14A (on your old PSU) that means it can provide at most 168 Watts for both the CPU and Graphics Card. With a little experience you can find the information for your CPU and Graphics card and add the numbers yourself to see where you stand. Then Antec VP450 has two rails which can supply just over 2x that power so it's not just the TOTAL you are concerned with but what each Voltage output can provide.

I hope that's useful; if not ignore it.

c) Your PC supports the card just fine. You need the FOLLOWING:
- motherboard with x16 PCIe slot (check)
- Power Supply with at least one 6-pin PCIe connector (check)

d) Suggested installation:
a) remove any existing DRIVERS from add/remove (uninstall) for current video card
b) shut down PC and remove any card, add new card and attach MONITOR (to DVI if you support it)
c) boot up
d) Download and install the AMD drivers direct from the AMD support site (has an autoscan feature if you are confused.)
