Best Graphics Card to fit this build?

This is the build I have so far, I just need the best graphics card I can get for gaming but still keep this under $500-550(Plus rebate) I would like to play BF4 on high settings if possible and Gta V also on High if possible.

I live in Canada

If you have another build you would like to recommend, please let me know.

The total cost can't exceed 550, even if rebate will bring it down too 550, endless if the Graphics card will have a very noticeable increase, but that's only exception
