The Graphics card i'm referring to: Link
So I have had this card for about a month. I've updated the drivers from Catalyst beta7 to currently beta9.2. When i'm using the computer for web browsing or anything non-graphics intensive the screen would stutter or flash every few minutes. I've read that AMD does not provide the best drivers, but it has been brought to my attention it could also be a defective card.

What should I do? Wait for better driver updates or what.

Solution
The only possible problem, if the card is not defective is a bad PS. IF you are running a typical, "most watts for the least money" PS, then you will keep having problems. Assuming there are no heat issues and your PS is good, I would suggest you contact the manufacturer ASAP, so that you can get an RA and just get a new card. That is not a driver problem! I had a MSI 6950 that had occasional green dots, screen tearing and was idling way too hot. I called MSI after 4 days, got an RA and got a new one right away. Never had a problem again. Don't wait too long or you will have to have it repaired instead of replaced.

I'm running into the same issue, it's not the psu or the card(2) running crossfire. I have isolated each card and have the same issue. If you turn off hardware acceleration it solves the issue, but only in IE (which I never use except for testing), if you turn off hardware acceleration in firefox or chrome it does not resolve the issue. I have a 1000w psu in my system now, I have tried a 1200w. I have tried other r9 280x's and have the same issue. I think it is a driver issue. It also only happens in web browsers, games are fine, benchmarks are fine, it pretty much only happens in 2d applications.
