Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2 will my ram run at 1333?

i have a AM3+ Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2 http://www.gigabyte.us/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4311#ov
and a 1333 ram http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820313086 will it run on 1333 right away or i should set it in bios? and how? newb here

Go into the BIOS and find the DRAM area and set freq to 1333, if any problems let me know

ok thanks sir before i proceed, will there be a permanent damage to my ram/motherboard if something goes wrong on setting the DRAM to 1333?, is that really that simple?
