So I installed the motherboard in the case. Along with my i7 4770k. And 16 gigs of Corsairs new vengeance ram. The psu is a Corsair ax860i. I don't have a gpu yet (still saving up money for a gtx 780 ti) and am currently using the stock cooler. However, the first time I powered it on. Nothing happened. The code shows 00. And the bios produces no beeps. The Republic of gamers logo pulses. And only the cpu fan spins up. I called asus support, and after a while of trouble shooting, they figured it was either the motherboard or the processor which was faulty. I first replaced the motherboard, installed it, and still nothing. So I got the cpu replaced. Just got it today, and installed it after work. But still nothing. I've tried pretty much everything. I tried different ram. Putting in an old gt 430. Resetting the bios. But still nothing. I haven't tried a different psu yet though. I don't know. If anyone can give me any tips, that'll be awesome.

Thank you.

Man, sorry to hear that. That would be frustrating as hell!

It sucks to do this, but go through this thread, even the steps that seem like no brainers, and hopefully one will fix you up. Hopefully it's something as simple as pulling out the 8pin cpu power and/or 24pin plug, and re-plugging it back in. Do it on both the PSU side and the motherboard side. It's happened to me.
