explain on board graphic card

Hi guys can any one tell me how to find the available onboard graphic memory. I found out that it will be shown in dxdiag but i can make out what is " Approximate total memory:1438 ". Is
it the available on board graph memory (i have no external GPU) or is the reserved part of my ram for on board GPU

That is not on board memory because RAM is shared to see actual go to desktop personalize then go to display then go to adjust resolution then go to advance setings there you can see
Total Available graphics Memory
Dedicated Video Memory
System Video Memory
Shared System Memory
