I guess it depends on what you're planning to do with this rig, its also only 8gb (its easier to tighten down timings on 4gb sticks since they are less dense and less individual modules to make work together). If you only plan to play games then that kit would be fine, if you do a lot of multi tasking WHILE playing games then you just might want 16gb and With that build I honestly thing 8 gb is kinda weak I assume you plan to keep it for many years. I'm not huge into "future proofing" but with a pure topend build why possibly have too little memory in 2 or 3 years? I would suspect the 2666 memory that was cl10 may very well do 2400 at cl9. If you're a tinkerer I would do the 2666, if you just want to plug it in have it fly and enjoy I...
I vote for choice #1, the G.Skill 2x8GB F3-2133C9D -16GTX CL9 (9-11-11-31) - 154 GBP. Here's why: it is the only kit listed that meets Intel's specs for Haswell (<1.55v for ram).
A note about ram voltages and Intel's specs: Intel specs ram for the 4770k as 1333MHz or 1600MHz at 1.5 volts. The Trident X kit I chose does 1600MHz@1.5v but runs 2133MHz at 1.6v (which isn't an issue - Intel does not officially support overclocking, anything over 1600MHz ram they consider overclocked). The other kits listed run 1600MHz at 1.65v and may go over 1.75v to reach their specs, which is why I'm sticking with kit #1.
My choice is based upon paranoia and it has been pointed out that the other kits will work with Haswell - I simply prefer to err on the side of caution

G Skill 2x8GB F3-2400C10D-16GTX CL10 (10-12-12-31) - 140 GBP
or
G Skill 2x4GB F3-2666C10D-8GTXD CL10 (10-12-12-31) - 168 GBP

With that board and that processor you should have no trouble with either of those kits, and they are kind of at the line where the premium isn't enormous. Both should OC well if you decide to go above 2666 (if the IMC in your 4770k is up to the task). Don't worry about the voltage, way too many people running 1.65v if it were eating CPU's you'd know it long before now. You didn't buy that processor, that motherboard, and then plan to run at slow speeds :)

Actually a guy on Gskill's forums just managed to get the 2400mhz 32 gb kit to run at 1.53v. Not that you'd be guaranteed the same result but I'd bet you can get it well under 1.65v stable at 2400 mhz. Those tridents are honestly the best memory on the market right now.
