GPU for Crysis 3 and BF4 on ultra

what is a good GPU for running Crysis 3 and BF4 on ultra, i am expecting to get 60+ fps on Crysis 3 and 70+ on BF4

I have a GTX 660 but it's not giving me a good performance on BF4 dropping a lot. My budget is 200-250$ and also if i sell my GTX 660 around 400$

Selling your GTX660 for 150$? That is not gonna happen. They go NEW for like 180$.

Anyway.

So now allowing for 250$ budget or even 300 the upgrade makes no sense.
At 400$ the GTX770 or R9 280X is a decent increase in performance.
