Nothing official yet, but certainly no price drop. Hopefully another set of games.

so the current game bundle featuring batman, assassin's creed and Splinter cell was supposed to expire on 26th Nov? I wish to buy the GTX 780. Do you have any info about till when this bundle will be on? Anyways those games are available for 30$ ea on steam, kinda kills the sweetness of gtx 780. Might have to reconsider r9 290, but the battle field is also available for 30$ so R9 290 @ 370 and GTX 780 @ 420(for mdi lightning or evga classified)!!! what to choose?

About the game bundle, it seems it's still advertised by retailers. The codes are given by the seller, and they may still be usable after the 26th. Beyond that I don't know any more.

As for what card to choose, I know it's tempting to pick the R9 290 because it gives more power and costs less. But I'd never recommend it to anyone until they release it with better coolers. So I'd go with the EVGA card because of their great after sales service. EVGA makes Nvidia cards almost exclusively, while MSI also makes other cards and products like motherboards. So it's obvious EVGA will pay more attention to their graphics cards.
