I have 4 gb ram but shows 2.75 gb usable will it affect my gaming ?

Unless the game specifically states you need a 64-bit operating system or it states a requirement higher than 4GB of RAM, you should be fine. Gaming performance will be affected if you have a lot of other programs running at the same time.

You may see some disk swapping, (virtual memory use) which can indeed cause game lagging. Depends on the game, level detail settings, etc.
